Endpoint Operations Manager

AAA Club Alliance is currently seeking a Endpoint Operations Manager to join our team in Wilmington, DE or Cincinnati, OH.

*This position is hybrid and will require on-site & remote work*

The primary duties of the Endpoint Operations Manager are to:

Manage team to administer the organization’s Active Directory, Intune, and Exchange environments, ensuring Associate onboarding, off boarding, access administration, and security and distribution groups are completed in a timely manner.

Quickly learn new technologies while defining scope on highly complex and comprehensive projects and using project management methodologies to prioritize the assignment of team members while requiring a high level of analytical ability to strategize and prioritize organizational objectives.

Establish relationships in a consultative fashion with key business leaders and executives to clearly identify opportunities to develop, leverage, and implement technology solutions that align with business requirements and priorities.

Manage and plan technology projects and initiatives and ensure they are delivered according to schedule, within budget, and with high-quality standards.

Maintain on-call after-hours coverage of the department support functions with the ability to participate in the on-call rotation for after-hours and weekend support.

Prepare and manage annual operating budgets and provide input to project budgets; review and analyze budget performance against previous budget and new performance goals. 

Manage and monitor external partnerships with existing and potential vendors to ensure the quality of service provided is consistent with our service level agreements and oversee contractual negotiations.

Participate in disaster recovery and business continuity planning, testing, and execution of these processes to improve their efficiency and effectiveness.

Minimum Qualifications of the Endpoint Operations Manager:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from an accredited college or university institution in Computer Sciences, Information Systems, Engineering, Management Information Systems, Business Administration, or a closely related field required. Equivalent combination of education, technical training, and experience will be considered in lieu of degree.

Master’s degree or equivalent in Engineering, Technology, Business, or related field preferred. 

Minimum 6 years of experience in Information Technology or closely related field required.

Minimum 3 years of in-depth management and employee development experience required.

In-depth experience working with Microsoft endpoint operations products, desktop and server operating systems, mobile device management systems, patching, and printer device management systems required.

Demonstrated experience defining IT service management processes (problem, incident and change management), including defining and tracking relevant metrics as basis for continuous improvement strongly preferred.(Paste Job Requirements section)

In-depth knowledge of application, end point, and mobile device management; remote PC assistance, and device monitoring (i.e. SolarWinds, Thousand Eyes).

Strong knowledge of multi-factor authentication (i.e. MS MFA, DUO), Email and website security applications (i.e. Forcepoint, Mimecast) and printer cloud management systems.

Knowledge of current Cloud Technology, Virtualization Strategies, Mobile, Operating Systems, Standard Business Application Servers (such as email, file systems, print servers, & web services, etc.), Telecommunication and network architectures, and PCI, Privacy and Security Standards related to technology.

Strong knowledge of Microsoft Intune, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and Group Policy.

Proficient knowledge of design, development, testing, and deployment of large-scale hardware and related software deployments.
