Endpoint Automation Engineer

You will be responsible for developing, supporting, and maintaining various applications and tools in the environment. The role is essential to ensuring that internal IT Support teams have the tools necessary to troubleshoot everyday issues. Some of the key responsibilities in this position include: + Monthly emergency server patching shakeout, including the OS and select third party applications. + Involvement in extended projects over the course of several months. + Troubleshooting and resolution of complex endpoint environment issues. + On-call not mandatory but occasional off-hours work may be required. + Creation and implementation of automation to enhance and improve client management of 200,000+ endpoints **Required Qualifications:** + 2–3 years of hands-on coding experience in **C, C#, or C++** . + Solid experience in **data management and querying** using **SQL** . + Proven ability to develop **automation scripts** using **PowerShell** and **Python** . **Technical Skills:** + Strong understanding of **application development principles** and the full **software development lifecycle** . + Experience in **backend database design** , including schema creation, performance optimization, and integration with applications. **Preferred Qualifications:** + Familiarity with **SCCM** and a solid understanding of its core functions and capabilities. + Experience working with **web services and APIs** . + Prior exposure to **ServiceNow** or similar IT service management platforms. **Anticipated Weekly Hours** 40 **Time Type** Full time **Pay Range** The typical pay range for this role is: $79,310.00 - $158,620.00 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. Our people fuel our future.
