In programme management at PwC, you will oversee and coordinate multiple projects to facilitate successful delivery and alignment with organisational goals. Your work will involve strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Meaningful work you’ll be part of    

As an End-to-End Deployment Leader, Senior Manager, Global, you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve business issues, deliver high quality client service and operational efficiency. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:  

Manage the technical delivery by ensuring teams are resourced, deployed, and operate effectively on active deployment projects 

Serve as a key escalation point for technology workstream leads, providing guidance and resolving technical challenges 

Build and manage relationships with senior territory leadership and program sponsors, aligning deployment processes and addressing issues in collaboration with the End-to-End (E2E) Functional Lead and Business Process (BPM) Programme Manager 

Support the Deployment Design Authority governance, ensuring cohesive strategy and alignment across product, deployment, and operational matters 

Provide leadership in SAP S/4HANA implementation and integration with systems like Salesforce, Workday, Concur, and Replicon 

Identify, manage, and resolve interdependencies between systems and workstreams

Facilitate cooperation among workstreams, including applications, reporting, data migration and readiness, ensuring seamless interaction and alignment 

Ensure each deployment aligns with the established governance framework, strategy, and methodology 

Lead Testing, Cutover, and Hypercare phases, ensuring thorough preparation and execution 

Drive continuous improvement by integrating feedback and lessons learned into deployment projects 

Experiences and skills you’ll use to solve   

Demonstrated ability to lead and manage multiple, technical teams effectively, ensuring coordination and cooperation across various functions 

Proven experience in navigating client requirements and stakeholder management to deliver successful project outcomes 

Extensive experience in technology deployment projects, with a deep understanding of aligning business requirements with technical delivery capabilities 

Strong ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in written form

In-depth understanding of programme and project management practices, with experience in working within complex programme structures 

Ability to understand and interpret business needs, translating them into actionable technical solutions that support strategic business objectives 

Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues

Commitment to continuous improvement, learning and adapting best practices from feedback and previous experiences and applying them to enhance future project outcomes 

Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of communication, inclusion, and co-operation to achieve common goals 

A bachelor's degree in information technology, Project Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline is preferred. Professional certifications in SAP or relevant technologies are highly desirable

The salary range for this position is $137,600 - $187,600. The posted salary range represents the expected hiring range for PwC locations in major city centres. Given our national recruiting approach, ranges may vary for positions in other locations. At PwC Canada, base salary is determined by your skills, experience, qualifications and work location. In addition to base salary, eligible employees may have opportunities to participate in variable incentive pay programs which are designed to reward individual and firm-wide achievements. We are committed to offering competitive compensation and adhere to all relevant pay transparency legislation.
