Join our HR Shared Services department as an Employment Screening Coordinator, where you'll be pivotal in delivering exceptional customer service across our corporate and field office locations. Your role involves managing employment screening processes, including Drug & Alcohol Testing and Occupational Health Screenings. Collaborate with field support teams to address policy and scheduling inquiries, provide testing results, and assist with drug and medical screening queries.
ResponsibilitiesAssist the Employment Screening functional department with guidance and administrative processing.Review, research, and respond to high-volume alias emails related to employment screening, including pre-employment and post-accident/reasonable suspicion drug screening.Review and process drug test exception requests and medical record requests.Manage Non-DOT safety-sensitive results.Support and coordinate various drug and medical screening processes, including drug test scheduling and medical screening package setup with vendors.Mail non-negative notices for positive drug test results as required.Vet and approve medical marijuana cards.Review, respond to, or distribute all incoming Team alias emails within HR Matters.Effectively communicate a candidate’s eligibility and any required actions to field support groups.Respond to field offices and corporate partners regarding pre-employment screening questions, clinic issues, or general queries.Act as a liaison between field offices, corporate partners, and employment screening vendors.Provide regular reporting to operating companies on a daily and weekly basis.Assist with ad-hoc projects, tasks, and administrative duties as needed.Complete COVID client attestations.Mail non-negative results as required by state law.Essential SkillsStrong initiative and willingness to drive change and accountability.Excellent problem-solving and work prioritization/multi-tasking skills.High attention to detail.Strong customer service skills.Ability to communicate effectively at all organizational levels, both written and verbal.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.Experience in Human Resources, administrative support, and employee relations.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience as an HR representative or benefits representative.Ability to answer questions from the field effectively.Work Environment
This position requires you to be onsite from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST. Flexibility for weekend hours may be requested. The work environment encourages open, honest communication and teamwork.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
