General Summary
Drives new business growth and fosters strong relationships with employers, brokers, and community stakeholders throughout the WellSpan service area. This role combines business development with the creation of sales enablement resources, ensuring that employers receive both strategic consultation and seamless support. The Employer Health Consultant secures new business opportunities, advances WellSpan's visibility in the employer community, and develops customized solutions to meet employer needs while also creating sales tools, proposals, and reports that enable the team to achieve system-wide goals.

Minimum Education:
Work Experience:
5 years Experience in progressive business development, marketing, client/account management, healthcare sales, broker and vendor relationships and employer benefits or healthcare solutions. Required and 5 years Experience in marketing/public relations/communications. RequiredDriver's License Statement:
Must possess a valid driver's license in the current state of residence. Driving record must meet requirements established by WellSpan Risk Management.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Knowledge in healthcare delivery systems, employer health and wellness solutions, employee benefits, business development and sales processes, account management principles, marketing and outreach strategies, CRM systems, data reporting and analytics. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, relationship building, sales and negotiation, presentation development, proposal writing, marketing collateral creation, data analysis, problem solving, event planning, creating sales enablement resources/tools, organization, time management, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook). Ability to build and maintain trusted relationships with employers and brokers, identify and pursue new business opportunities, translate employer needs into tailored solutions, manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, collaborate effectively across teams, think strategically and creatively, and represent WellSpan professionally in the community.Benefits Offered:
