Employee Relations Leader, Pacific
We are seeking a talented individual to join our Employee Relations team at Marsh. This role will be based in Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane. This is a 6-month Fixed Term Contract, 2-3 days per week, where you will partner with a peer in a job-share.
We will count on you to:
Provide expert advice and counsel to HR colleagues and senior management across the Pacific region on a wide range of employee relations issues including misconduct, performance management, industrial relations, and legal compliance.Oversee and conduct investigations into employee complaints such as discrimination, harassment, and retaliation, partnering with external legal counsel as needed.Act as Marsh’s representative in matters before the Fair Work Commission and other regulatory bodies, managing conciliations and arbitrations.What you need to have:
Relevant tertiary qualification with 7+ years of employee relations experience, including managing complex investigations and issue resolution.Strong knowledge of local employment and workplace laws in the Pacific region.Excellent communication, writing, presentation, and Microsoft Office skills.Ability to present complex employment concepts to diverse audiences.What makes you stand out:
