Employee Relations Investigator

Job Description
The Employee Relations (ER) Investigator will work collaboratively with Fleet Human Resources Business Partners, Legal, and both onboard and shoreside Operational leaders to address complex situations and ensure investigations are conducted in a defensible manner. This involves gathering evidence, interviewing relevant parties, analyzing information, and producing detailed reports, and offering recommendations to ensure fair and consistent resolution of issues while adhering to Company policies and employment laws. The ER Investigator will conduct thorough oversight to ensure the full implementation of all recommendations.

Skills and Requirements
- 10 or more years of progressively responsible experience in one or more of the following: Employment Law, Employee Relations, Investigations, or Human Resources.
- Experience in cruise or hospitality industry preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in business/management, law degree (JD), Human Resources of related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to be adaptable.
- Strong attention to detail for documentation and report writing. - Certification in Human Resources; Investivations
