As an Employee Readiness Analyst in the Home Lending team, you will play a key role in supporting the execution of change management and employee readiness strategies. You will coordinate readiness activities, manage change requests, and develop communications to ensure employees are equipped for upcoming changes. Working closely with Employee Readiness Managers, Product Teams, and other stakeholders, you will help drive the successful implementation and adoption of business changes.

Job Responsibilities:

Coordinate and execute employee readiness activities for agile and non-agile initiatives, including training, communications, and post-implementation supportOpen and track change requests, ensuring all required documentation and approvals are obtainedDevelop and update job aids, process documentation, and employee communications to support business changesManage and coordinate employee access requests for new systems, tools, or processesCollaborate with Employee Readiness Managers, Product Teams, and partners to identify employee impacts and escalate issues as neededAssist in mapping business processes, identifying gaps, and supporting best practice implementationPrepare standard and ad-hoc reports, track readiness activities, and maintain accurate records in JIRA, Confluence, and other toolsIdentify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to solutions that enhance employee readiness

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

Experience supporting change management, project management, or business process initiativesProficiency with JIRA, Confluence, and Microsoft Office Suite (SharePoint, Word, Excel, Outlook)Strong organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to manage multiple tasks simultaneouslyExcellent written and verbal communication skillsCustomer-centric and employee-focused mindsetAbility to work collaboratively in a team environmentSelf-motivated and adaptable to changing prioritiesStrong problem-solving skills and ability to escalate issues appropriately
