Employee Listening Manager

Reporting to the Employee Listening Lead, you will execute the delivery of surveys and other human-centred design activities end-to-end, including building surveys and dashboards, contributing to and managing key components of Macquarie’s global employee listening roadmap. You will collaborate closely with Talent Acquisition and Development professionals, Workforce Insights team members, as well as other subject matter experts and cross-functional teams to document requirements and deliver projects. In addition to cutting through technical detail, to turn data into insights, and in consultation with People and Culture, enable business leaders to understand the experiences of their people
You will also proactively stay up to date with Qualtrics software developments, considering how they can be harnessed in your work, and keep abreast of industry best practices and emerging trends in employee listening more broadly.

Experience with managing employee listening programs and platforms. Qualtrics, Excel, Jira, Gen AI will be some of the tools you will use on a regular basisExperience in independently delivering pulse surveys, annual engagement surveys, lifecycle surveys and other human-centered design activitiesStrong numerical data capability, proficient in Excel and statistical analysis - ensuring data integrity, quality, and accuracy are maintained across all programs. Ability to utilize analytics to interpret employee feedback data, identify trends, and generate actionable insights to drive organizational improvementsStrong program and stakeholder management skills, with proven ability to balance project work with BAU and feel comfortable juggling priorities, keep projects and project teams on track, and stakeholders updated on progressStrong communication and consulting skills – able to communicate complex concepts/data in straight forward, accessible language in writing (PowerPoint and Word) and orally to senior audiences.
