The Emiratisation Specialist is responsible for managing the full lifecycle of Emirati talent across the UAE. This role drives the company’s Emiratisation strategy, acts as the key HR Business Partner for UAE nationals, and represents the organization as a brand ambassador in the local market.
What You’ll Drive
Emiratisation & Recruitment
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for UAE nationals, including workforce planning, sourcing, screening, interviewing, hiring, onboarding, and retention.Develop and continuously improve the Emiratisation strategy in line with UAE government requirements and organizational objectives.Build and maintain strong pipelines of Emirati talent for current and future roles across the business.Ensure compliance with all Emiratisation-related laws, regulations, and reporting requirements.Training & Development
Design, coordinate, and monitor training and development programs tailored for UAE nationals.Partner with internal stakeholders to create career development plans, succession pathways, and performance improvement initiatives.Support UAE nationals throughout their career journey, from onboarding to long-term development.HR Business Partnering
Act as the main point of contact and trusted HR Business Partner for UAE nationals.Provide guidance on performance management, engagement, wellbeing, and career progression.Address employee relations matters involving UAE nationals with professionalism.Engagement & Site Presence
Regularly visit project sites and offices across the UAE to meet with UAE nationals.Build strong relationships with employees and line managers to ensure engagement, satisfaction, and retention.Proactively identify challenges and implement solutions to enhance the Emirati employee experience.Employer Branding & Market Representation
Organize and manage local career fairs, university engagements, and networking events from A to Z.Attend and represent the company at all relevant career fairs and national employment initiatives.Act as a company ambassador in the UAE market, promoting the organization as an employer of choice for UAE nationals.QualificationsYou’re a Great Fit If You Have
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum 5 years of experience in Emiratisation, HR, or talent acquisition within the UAE.Experience working with government entities, universities, and local employment initiatives is a strong advantage.Strong knowledge of Emiratisation policies, UAE labor law, and local employment practices.Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment and talent development.Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.Strong communication skills with cultural awareness and sensitivity.Ability to work independently while managing multiple initiatives across locations.Passion for developing national talent and contributing to the UAE’s workforce vision.Willingness to work from the office on full time basis including Fridays.Why You’ll Enjoy Working with Us
