Are you ready to make a meaningful impact in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment? AT&T is seeking a detail-oriented and highly motivated Emergency Services/Compliance Specialist to join our team. In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of supporting legal counsel, law enforcement, and emergency services by managing sensitive legal requests and safeguarding critical information. This position provides essential support to legal counsel, law enforcement, and subscribers during emergency and civil situations, including customer-initiated calls for emergency assistance to 911.
What you’ll do:
Respond to subpoenas, search warrants, and court orders from law enforcement agencies, attorneys, and grand juries.
Acquire and manage records—including customer, dealer, third-party, and employee data—using over 30 internal systems.
Conduct research and analysis to fulfill legal requests for subscriber information, call activity, and surveillance provisioning
Review and validate requests for confidential employee records such as call logs, payroll data, and personnel files.
Ensure all legal requests comply with AT&T guidelines and court-assigned deadlines.
Communicate professionally and effectively with law enforcement, attorneys, and AT&T customers.
Maintain accurate documentation and track request status using standardized procedures.
Provide 24/7 support during emergency situations, including hostage incidents, fugitive pursuits, and missing persons.
Process invoicing related to legal compliance and record requests.
Represent AT&T as a records custodian when validating and explaining provided records.

What you’ll need:
2+ years of experience in Legal, Network, Retail, or Customer Service roles.
Background in emergency services dispatch or legal support is preferred.
Bilingual proficiency preferred.
Basic understanding of wireless technology.
Basic understanding of IP address routing
Experience with systems such as U-Verse CRM, Cricket Biller, Telegence, NTelegent and Torch.
Ability to work overnights, weekends, and holidays
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, Access, and related applications.
Our Specialist Compliance Security earns between $64,200 - $96,400 USD Annual. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
