\nKey Responsibilities
\n\nPromotes and schedules wellness activities, including participation in Health Fairs and Shift Safety meetings. Supports Safety & Health goals. \nTreats team member injuries/incidents per occupational health directives and scope of practice. Monitors work related injuries and ensures team members are seen at a minimum of once per week or per directives. \nContacts company physicians as necessary (i.e., restriction clarification, after hour emergencies, etc.). \nAssists with trend analysis to identify opportunities for improving safety. \nSchedules CPR/first aid training and HazMat physicals. \nConducts Drug and Alcohol tests, audiometric tests, and various other wellness tests. \nAdministers return-to-work program and Management Accountability program. \nEnsures all necessary medical supplies are available and in working order. Regularly checks and maintains medical equipment. \nMay maintain safety data sheet books. \nCompletes all medical documentation and data entry including patient care reports. \nAssists with new hire orientation and conducts new hire checks daily. \nServes as a Voluntary Protection Program team member. \n\nMinimum Qualifications (Educations & Experience)

\n\nWhile performing the duties of this job, the employee may be regularly required to stand, sit, talk, hear, reach, stoop, kneel, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer, telephone, keyboard, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, depth perception, color vision and the ability to adjust focus. \n\nWorking Conditions
\n\nWork will be performed in a variety of conditions including a climate-controlled office environment(s) and in a manufacturing plant environment with varying conditions, such as cold areas, wet areas, warm areas, chemicals, and other site conditions. This position requires the individual to wear and work in personal protective equipment while in the manufacturing environment. \nThe noise level of the office environment is usually moderate; the noise level in the manufacturing environment may exceed 85 DBA and require hearing protection. \nOccasional travel may be required. \n\nDisclaimer
