Night shift differential is an additional 18% of the base pay rate and weekend shift differential is an additional 8% of the base pay rate.   Qualifications Must have a current, valid AZ RN License or compact equivalent Must be in good standing with the Board of Nursing Previous acute care hospital experience in the desired specialty preferred BLS certification from an approved AHA training facility is required at the time of hire Unit-specific certifications/licensure may be required Skills: Strong communication, time management, and customer service skills Culturally sensitive; bilingual preferred Basic computer proficiency (EMR navigation, documentation, email, etc.) At Valleywise Health, You’re More to Us!
