Overview We are seeking an Emergency Room Clinical Supervisor , also referred to as an Emergency Department RN Supervisor or Emergency Services RN Supervisor . The ER RN Supervisor The Clinical ER RN Supervisor collaborates with the unit Director or Manager to support and oversee departmental operations, including staff supervision, training, performance improvement, regulatory compliance, communication, and ensuring quality patient care and efficient function, while assuming administrative responsibilities in their absence. ER RN Supervisor will supervise and support nursing staff, coordinate patient care with the healthcare team and manage critical incidents. You must have:  + Current and valid state Registered Nurse license. + Current ACLS certificate 30 days upon hire and maintain current. + Current PALS certificate and/or ENPC required 30 days upon hire and maintain current. FACILITY / UNIT TRAINING + Critical Care Registered Nurse (CCRN) certificate preferred for Intensive Care. In Paramedic Base Station ED, MICN, within 12 months of hire. + EDAP Certified Facilities: Completion of emergency pediatric course 1 & 2 within 30 days of hire. Additional Qualifications That Are a Plus: + Bachelor Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred. + Previous supervisory experience, preferred. + Minimum of one year as a staff nurse in an acute care hospital setting, E.D. setting preferred. + Trauma Nurse Core Course (TNCC) certificate within 12 months of hire and Certified Emergency Nurse (CEN) within 2 years of hire, preferred. + Minimum of 2 years of clinical nursing experience, with 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role preferred.
