Emergency Contact Centre Operator - Full time

Location: Knowlhill / Milton Keynes 
Hours: 37.5 hrs/week, Wednesday to Sunday, 06:00 to 14:00 (includes bank holidays and cover as required)

Teletrac Navman Connected Services supports over 325,000 subscribers with vehicle security and connected technology. We deliver stolen vehicle tracking, EV charging, emergency call and breakdown services across multiple regions, combining technical excellence with compassionate customer care.

The role
Work within a small operations team handling phone and email contacts from customers who may be stressed or emotional. You will use our systems (full training provided) to respond to alerts, manage theft reports and handle emergency and breakdown calls calmly.

Key responsibilities 

Provide empathetic, confident telephone and email support, including handling callers in distress. Respond promptly to system alerts and alarms.Log and manage vehicle theft reports and related documentation.Triage and manage: EV Charging support, Emergency and Breakdown calls, following procedures and Service Level Agreements.Complete administrative tasks and maintain GDPR compliance.
 

About You
We’re looking for a great customer service individual, living in or near Milton Keynes, with full rights to work in the UK.  

What you’ll bring

Confident phone skills and a knack for excellent customer service.Comfortable with working on multiple systems, and quick to pick up new software. Able to learn new tasks and adapt to different processes.Good at focusing and prioritising, even when things get busy.Great attention to detail, with strong reading, writing, and number skills.Fluent English, both written and spoken.A positive, can-do attitude that helps you solve problems on the fly.Eager to learn, develop and adopt new skills and methods with a can-do approach.

Desirable 

Good geographical awareness.
