As EMEA Workplace Communications Manager, you will be based at the European Headquarters of our client, Nike, leading the internal communications.. You will oversee across EMEA offices in cities like Hilverum (European Headquarters), London, Berlin, Paris, Milan, and Barcelona, where CBRE delivers services such as technical management, building technology, and facility management.

**What you will be doing:**
You’ll join the EMEA CBRE team as the Workplace Communications Manager, leading a team of three and working closely with program managers, regional facility managers, and a wide range of stakeholders across the EMEA organization.
Your team plays a key role in standardizing and rolling out workplace communication programs at the client’s key locations throughout EMEA.
**In this role, you will:**
+ Lead the development and execution of workplace communication programs at EHQ and EMEA offices, aligning with the client strategy.
+ Guide and mentor the Workplace Communications team, helping them prioritize business requests and streamline internal processes.
+ Build strong relationships with internal workplace partners (Facility Management, Sport, Food, Events) and external providers to ensure consistent, well-coordinated content.
+ Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders across both CBRE and the client.
+ Oversee the rollout of workplace communication programs at the clients other key EMEA sites, assigning responsibilities across your team.
+ Uphold the clients brand and communication standards, providing guidance, templates, and tools to ensure consistency across the region.
+ Plan and support engaging departmental meetings and content in collaboration with senior leadership.
+ Manage the annual budget for branding and communication initiatives delivered by external agencies.
**What you have to offer:**
You thrive in dynamic environments, juggling multiple projects with ease while confidently engaging senior stakeholders. A natural people leader, you know how to support and coach your team—while staying hands-on and involved in all aspects of internal communications.
**Your background:**
+ You hold at least a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Communication, Marketing, Journalism, Media, or similar), with a minimum of 4 years of experience—ideally in an international setting.
+ You’re an excellent (or native) English speaker with outstanding writing and editing skills.
+ You're available full-time (40 hours per week).
+ You’re excited to be on-site at least three days a week.

+ A tech-savvy mindset, a natural curiosity, and a willingness to explore and learn new tools.
+ Experience in Stakeholder management.
+ Experience in Integrated manner of working.
**Bonus points if you:**
+ Have experience leading a team in a fast-paced, international environment.
+ Have worked on branding activations and internal campaigns.
+ Speak Dutch.
**This is what we offer you:**
+ Starting salary between €3.800,- and €4.800,- gross per month (depending on knowledge and experience);
