As an EMEA Technology Sourcing Lead in our Technology business, you will collaborate with hiring managers, sourcers, and technology recruiters to develop and implement sourcing strategies that meet business needs. Your role will focus on building trust-based relationships, utilizing sourcing resources, and embodying the culture and values of JPMorgan Chase.
Job Responsibilities:
Partner closely with hiring managers, sourcers, and technology recruiters to develop sourcing strategies.Build trust-based relationships across the recruiting organization and with hiring teams.Utilize sourcing resources and tools to build talent pipelines and execute tactical research.Track and review talent pipelines and activity with stakeholders to ensure client satisfaction.Provide active and passive sourcing techniques for short- and long-term pipelining needs.Embody the culture and values of JPMorgan Chase as an ambassador.Partner with Recruiters to identify target companies, industries, skills, and qualifications.Leverage partnerships with diversity organizations and associations to develop tailored sourcing strategies.Evaluate, monitor, and optimize sourcing practices and strategies to ensure optimal supply and delivery of sourced talent.Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
Experience in Technology Sourcing is essential.Understanding of sourcing strategies and best practices related to emerging technologies (e.g., cloud computing, machine learning, cyber, site reliability engineering).Ability to develop and execute creative and diverse sourcing strategies.Ability to manage complex situations and multiple priorities with a commitment to high-level customer service.Technologically savvy with strong acumen in sourcing tools, Excel, and PowerPoint.Professional ability to partner and collaborate across an enterprise and with multiple levels of leadership and stakeholders.Excellent ability to influence and guide stakeholders, present to varied audiences, and strong organizational skills.Ability to multi-task and utilize good time management skills in a fast-paced environment.
