Job Summary
As a Stakeholder Management professional in the Corporate Third Party Oversight Operations (CTPO) team, you will support supplier onboarding and engagement across the EMEA region. You help us maintain compliance, drive operational efficiencies, and build strong relationships with business partners. Together, we ensure timely completion of tasks and uphold high standards in third party oversight. You will have the opportunity to influence firm-wide change and contribute to a proactive, collaborative environment.
Job Responsibilities
Maintain client management program relationships to ensure service level expectations are metManage, monitor, and track line of business compliance with Third Party Program standards and policiesProvide central oversight for business engagement requests to support timely completion and complianceMonitor Third Party workflow progress daily for timely processing and completion of tasksMaintain and publish line of business “book of work” and deliverables to foster a proactive environmentSupport line of business management to mature third party processes and achieve operational efficienciesAssist in training Delivery Managers and Senior Managers on processes, tools, and service offeringsSupport region leads on governance, audit, and compliance requirementsBuild strong stakeholder engagement models to promote the supplier oversight program across the regionCascade global supplier oversight items to Delivery Managers and Senior Management as neededProvide Senior Management with key risk metrics and scorecards
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
Proven leader and influencer, able to effect firm-wide change5 years relevant work experience in finance, sourcing, third party oversight, risk, vendor management, or related rolesOutstanding listening, negotiation, written, and verbal communication skills at all levelsExcellent business judgment with ability to proactively identify and address issuesStrong business analysis skills for efficient, accurate, and objective decision makingAbility to partner closely with related functions such as sourcing, legal, compliance, and auditExcellent analytical skillsKnowledge of risk management and control principlesOutstanding organizational and research skillsAbility to multitask effectively
