We have a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated Procurement Manager to manage the procurement for a prestigious client in Dublin, Ireland and oversee the development of a consistent procurement delivery model for EMEA.

ROLE PROFILE

Key Duties

Oversee procurement workflows for the client account/s, ensuring all contractual deliverables are achieved.Coordinate procurement-related activities and manage business-as-usual supplier strategies.Analyze service scope and spending to build supplier strategies in collaboration with account teams and to develop and implement sourcing programs for the client account/s.Coordinate and manage tender processes, including preparation, analysis, vendor vetting, and onboarding.Drive monthly operational reporting and reviews with vendors.Administer detailed KPI and performance programs with vendors.Support ongoing vendor governance activities, including relationship management and compliance monitoring.Administer contracts, ensuring adherence to master agreements and documenting deviations.Perform financial analysis and management, including tracking savings and cost optimization.Monitor, track, and report overall procurement progress, identifying risks and mitigation strategies.Manage supplier onboarding, ensuring compliance with procurement policies, regulations, and ethical standards.Facilitate the collection and implementation of best practices to improve procurement processes.Support ongoing development of procurement processes to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and quality.Ensure strong communication and alignment with client leadership throughout procurement activities.Document and post deviations from agreements to ensure transparency and accountability.Assist in other procurement projects and tasks as required by the procurement team.Facilitate training and development initiatives for procurement teams and stakeholders.

Skill and Experience

Experience of Microsoft Excel is essential.Good data analytical skills essentialGood numeracy skills are required.Good engagement skills and the ability to confidently interact is beneficial.International Procurement and Supply Chain experience is essential.
