CBRE Project Management and Turner and Townsend have joined forced at the beginning of the year. We plan, design and manage projects of any size and complexity, in any industry sector and in more locations than any other company in the world.
We are seeking a highly experienced and results-oriented European PMO Lead to spearhead the successful delivery of real estate projects for a key global client across the European region. You will be based out of our client's Dublin HQ 3 days a week.
This pivotal role will be responsible for overseeing project execution, managing a team of project managers, fostering strong client relationships, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Furthermore, this role requires the ability to effectively manage and coordinate the work of CBRE, third-party Property Managers (PMs), Design and General Contractors (GCs). The successful candidate will also be expected to influence outcomes across organisational boundaries, ensuring alignment and collaboration across various departments and stakeholders. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in project management, strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of the European real estate market, and demonstrated experience in managing and influencing external partners. This role will be instrumental in driving strategic alignment and operational excellence within a dynamic and collaborative environment.
**Role Summary:**
The PMO Lead will provide programme management leadership for the following programmes:
+ Account wide utilities data collection and baselining programme
+ Asset collection, verification, and condition assessment surveys
+ Safety programme
+ Quality & Audit programme
+ Technical Compliance Programme
+ Pre-employment screening programme
+ Transition site access
+ Provisioning and new-joiner process
+ Account knowledge management
+ Training & development
+ Account communications and engagement plan
+ Alliance development planning
+ Some or all programmes above may be applicable, and new programmes may be added or removed depending on the needs of the account.
+ Working within the above programmes, the PMO Lead will typically:
+ Set out and manage the terms of reference and success criteria for each project
+ Draft a project plan for agreement by the account leadership team setting out the delivery phasing of each component of the programme
+ Determine the resource needs and SME engagement required for each element of the programme
+ Be responsible for bringing best practice, innovation, and continuous improvement ideas and initiatives to the account leadership team for agreement / approval
+ Liaise with client team representatives where necessary to drive programme delivery
+ Provie robust, accurate, and up to date programme reporting to the account leadership team, escalating any issues or roadblocks in a timely fashion
+ Work with in-country operational teams to drive programme delivery, assess progress, and resolve issues
+ Work with the account leadership team to identify, plan, and delivery Alliance Development Plan objectives
+ Manage programme risk to ensure the desired outcomes of each project are achieved.

+ Work well remotely and in a fast-paced programme environment
+ Take responsibility for completing tasks, and raise roadblocks and issues asap
+ Work well with the wider team, and provide support to deliver the programme objectives
+ Bring new ideas to the team, focused on delivering better outcomes for our client, CBRE, and our teams

+ High level knowledge of Facilities Management
+ Strong communicator, able to work as part of a team and independently.
+ Ability to manage various stakeholders, FM teams, Engineering Teams, account leadership team, client representatives etc.
+ Ability to lead a multifaceted program with independent component projects
+ Good analytical ability, encompassing critical thinking, evaluation and decision making
+ Good budget management skills including forecasting and cost control
+ Proficient in Microsoft Office and any other software relevant to Program Services Management
