EMEA Payments Treasury Services Product Control - Associate

As a Product Control Associate in the EMEA Payments Treasury Services Product Control team, you ensure accuracy and integrity of our financial statements and support the Treasury Services business. You will collaborate with colleagues across the organization to deliver timely and precise reporting while maintaining strong controls and driving new initiatives. This role offers you the chance to make a significant impact while developing your technical and analytical skills.

Job Responsibilities

Produce, prepare, and report monthly profit and loss and risk metricsDeliver detailed financial analysis and reporting to desk heads, business managers, and senior finance managementPartner with the business to implement robust controls and new initiativesDrive coordination across functions to resolve control and reporting issuesEnsure accuracy and timeliness in all financial reportingServe as an analytical and project support resource for product controlHandle various ad-hoc requests dailyManage projects and initiatives related to product control and cross-business programsMaintain strong control focus in all tasksCommunicate effectively with stakeholders at all levelsContribute to a collaborative and high-performing team environment

 

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

Minimum 3 years of experience in product control, financial control, accounting, or a related areaBachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business, or a related fieldExperience with P&L reporting and month-end close processesStrong analytical skills and attention to detail, with a strong control focusExcellent communication skills and ability to develop strong working relationshipsDemonstrated ability to work collaboratively across teamsProficiency in Excel and PowerPointAbility to manage multiple tasks and projectsExperience working in a fast-paced environment
