The MSCI Index Coverage team is responsible for the growth, adoption, and commercial advancement of MSCI indexes across all segments in the EMEA. Within our Index Coverage team, the MSCI Derivatives team is charged with the growth and adoption of Listed, Over-the-Counter, and Structured Product derivatives linked to MSCI indexes.
The team is client-focused, connecting with all parts of the trading ecosystem, including buy-side, sell-side, market makers, and Asset Owners (Pensions, endowments, etc.) As one of the fastest growing product segments within MSCI, the team is constantly engaged with senior management, Coverage, Index Product, ESG Product, Analytics Product, Marketing, Research, Legal, and Technology in order to drive adoption of index based derivatives.
Your Key ResponsibilitiesThe EMEA Index Derivatives Specialistwill report to the EMEA Head of Index Client Coverage and will be responsible for engaging with Sell-Side, Market Makers, Asset Managers and Asset Owners in EMEA, with the goal of driving adoption volumes, new products, and revenues.Be entrepreneurial in efforts to establish and maintain relationships with key personnel across the liquidity and trading ecosystem.This is a highly collaborative role working across the EMEA Index coverage team to coordinate efforts and initiatives with clients.Share market color obtained through relationships and market observations with Product, Coverage, and Research to identify trends and new product opportunities.Be innovative with new derivative product ideas and strategies.Prepare and present quarterly results to senior management.
