We are hiring a seasoned value analyst to build financial models, creating analysis and value recommendations that is easy to digest for senior management / decision makers
**Responsibilities**
**WHAT WILL YOU DO?**
You will work with customers/prospects to document their successes using Oracle products and solutions and provide guidance on where additional improvements might be obtained.
+ Collaborate with sales, product, marketing, and solution teams to gather and analyse customer data, market trends, and competitor intelligence
+ Creating financial models to convince decision makers
+ Break down large complex problems into incremental value deliverables in a tight timing with competing priorities
+ Develop customer profiles and insights reports to inform pre-sales strategies and tailored solution recommendations
+ Support large, complex sales opportunities by providing compelling, data-driven narratives aligned with Oracle Health & Life Sciences’ value proposition
+ Ensure customers’ key business requirements and motivations are fully understood and addressed.
+ Leverage Hcare/Lifescience knowledge to recommend relevant and innovative solutions that support your customers’ desired outcomes
+ Focus on overcoming obstacles to achieve the customers’ desired outcome.
+ Create assets such as presentations, case studies, and whitepapers to enhance customer engagement
+ Continuously refine insight methodologies using analytics and feedback from customer engagements
+ Contribute to the knowledge base for best practices and lessons learned for customer insights across Oracle Health & Life Sciences
+ Drive the strategic growth of EMEA Fusion Healthcare & Life Science Applications through an active contribution to the SE community.
+ Travel up to 50% - Middle East/Europe
+ Based in Egypt – language: Arabic & English. French/German skills are a plus.

**EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS**
+ Bachelor’s / Master degree in business, finance, economics, math, computer science or engineering. MBA preferred.
+ +8 years of experience in customer/market insights
+ Excellent understanding of Saas and infrastructure
+ Familiarity with healthcare industry trends, regulatory environment, and enterprise technology solutions
+ Experience working with or selling Healthcare solutions ( preferred with Fusion Applications).
+ Strong financial modelingand analytical skills
+ Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams with limited supervision
+ Self-starter with strong business acumen and the ability to manage multiple competing priorities
+ Excellent communication, cross group collaboration and interpersonal skills
+ Strong, proven program management, process change and process management skills
+ Demonstrated Value experience in major Hcare/LS transformational projects.
+ Ability to thrive in an environment with ambiguity and change
+ Proficient with relevant analytics and presentation tools (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, BI tools
