EMEA Corporate Access Team - Senior Originator - Executive Director

Join our EMEA Corporate Access Team as a Senior Originator, where you will play a pivotal role in enhancing and delivering our corporate access offerings for corporates.  You will be responsible for strategic leadership and execution of corporate and expert access events for institutional investor and corporate client partners. In this role you will be expected to deliver on J.P. Morgan's business objectives and enhance client engagement. You will be a thought leader with the ability to innovate and elevate J.P. Morgan's corporate access offerings. Access events can include investor tours, conference meetings, and non-deal roadshows.

 

Job Responsibilities:

Collaborate with research and sales teams to enhance and deliver corporate access offerings for corporates. Focus on sector-specific events while also contributing to thematic and strategic events. Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate management and investors. Lead the origination and execution of corporate access events, including investor tours, conference meetings, and non-deal roadshows. Develop and oversee event budgets and resource allocation. Ensure alignment with global business objectives and client needs. Provide onsite leadership and management of events, ensuring exceptional engagement and satisfaction. Drive technology and data industrialization efforts to optimize future events and resource allocation. Conduct post-event evaluations to gather feedback and implement strategic improvements.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

Extensive experience in corporate access, events, or the financial industry. Strong front office experience and knowledge across markets business. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage and influence senior partners and stakeholders. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively. Self-directed, highly motivated, and able to work independently. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to lead in a direct, succinct manner at the executive level. Excellent Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
