Job Description

🔍 What You’ll Do

Own and oversee month-end close and balance sheet reconciliations under US GAAPPartner with outsourced finance teams to ensure timely and accurate reportingSupport internal and external financial reporting, SOX controls, and audit processesCollaborate with FP&A, Treasury, and senior finance leaders across EMEADrive process improvements and contribute to system enhancements

🎯 What We’re Looking For

2–3 years of experience, ideally in outsourced finance environments or at a commercial real estate companyDetail-oriented, proactive, and highly organizedStrong Excel skills (pivot tables, complex functions)Experience with USGAAP or IFRS is nice to have but not obligatoryWorkday, Hyperion knowledge a plusFluent in English; other European languages are a bonus
