About the role
What you need to know:
+ Lead on the programme management and coordination of EMEA Client & Broker Engagement (CBE) initiatives and strategies as required, this could include CBE’s 3 Year Plan, EMEA MWB’s, Brokers engagement, International Client Calls, CX (Customer Experience) initiatives
+ Provide project management through leading on EMEA CBE projects ensuring project plans are in place and timelines are adhered to.
+ Responsible for preparing and briefing the ‘Head of CBE - EMEA’ for presentations, high level interviews, speeches, townhalls and key market events.
+ Provide input into agenda and content into key CBE events (ECF, Client Forums, FERMA, Webinars, etc)
+ Undertake an operational management role to effectively drive performance across EMEA CBE by ensuring day-to-day activities are aligned to business goals and priorities.
+ Work closely and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across the AIG EMEA business to ensure alignment with all products, key functions and cluster/country leads.
+ Work closely and maintains relationships with selected external partners e.g. broker leaders to progress joint initiatives.
+ Prepare the monthly EMEA CBE update for the AIG International Leadership Team (ILT) and other Senior Leaders across EMEA LT.
+ Work closely with distribution leaders in AIG International to ensure a ‘global approach’ is maintained.
+ Maintain a close interaction with AIG Government Affairs & Public Affairs to ensure CBE are aligned with key messaging e.g., climate change, ESG, governmental direction, current affairs, geopolitical activity etc.
What we’re looking for:
+ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Law or equivalent studies
+ Demonstrable experience of project management in an international company with various locations across EMEA.
+ Professional experience making recommendations and decisions based on complex data / information and proven ability to demonstrate experience in supporting Executive level stakeholders and/or similar high-profile positions.
+ Proficiency with MS Office applications.
+ Excellent communications skills in English and another European language (French, German, Italian, Spanish)
+ Track record of dealing well with ambiguity, prioritizing needs, and delivering results in a fast-pace environment
+ Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive and confidential information as well as manage multiple priorities.
+ Team player with strong interpersonal skills coupled with creative problem-solving.
