As a Payment Lifecycle Specialist IV in our Payments Operations team, you will be responsible for resolving and investigating claims related to charges on fund/wire transfers. Your role includes managing inquiries, ensuring accurate transaction handling, and maintaining compliance with documented controls and deadlines.

Job Responsibilities:

Identify and escalate errors or exceptions promptlyRespond effectively and timely to routine queries and complaintsIdentify and implement process efficiency opportunities in a controlled mannerCreate and update SOPs and documentation, ensuring adherence to standards and policiesFoster a positive work environment by maintaining healthy relations and supporting teammatesConduct cross-training and knowledge transfer with team members; Manage projects and collaborate with partner sitesAddress performance issues consistently and professionally, with emphasis on deadlines, quality, and proceduresAdapt to night shifts and extended hours during high volume daysEnsure investigations and transactions are processed in accordance with documented procedures and controls.Undertake various functions to meet deadlines and internal control requirements.Process manual instructions for fund/wire transfers across global currencies.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

At least 3 years of work experience, particularly in International Payment Processing Operations Working knowledge of various aspects of Payment OperationsExperience working in a back office role of a foreign private sector bank/public sector bank or its processing armStrong interpersonal and team communication skillsUnderstanding of the Banking and Financial Services IndustryExcellent verbal, written, and presentation skillsProficiency in MS Access, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
