As a/an EMEA Benefits Operations Associate in our team in Warsaw, you will join us in delivering seamless payroll and benefits administration, ensuring our employees receive the support they need to thrive.

Job Responsibilities

Serve as a primary point of contact for employee queries related to benefits, payroll, and time & attendance, ensuring timely and accurate resolution.Coordinate with HR business partners, Employee Relations, Payroll, and other HR functions to resolve complex or escalated issues.Track, review, and process HR-related invoices and benefits instructions for payroll, conducting post-payroll verification as needed.Administer the Leave of Absence process and support benefits administration in line with local legislation.Maintain and update detailed SOPs and checklists for all work streams, ensuring ongoing accuracy and compliance.Compile reports and documentation to support in-location teams and management.Participate in HR Operations initiatives, projects, and continuous improvement efforts.Ensure data integrity and confidentiality at all times.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills 

At least 4 years of experience in an operational HR administration/services role, ideally with exposure to payroll and benefits.Fluent in Polish and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.Solid understanding of local Polish HR/payroll legislation and practices.Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Data Validation, etc.); proficiency in PowerPoint and Word.Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment.High attention to detail, accuracy, and a sense of ownership.Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with employees at all levels in a sensitive and professional manner.Ability to build and leverage partnerships across multiple locations and with external vendors.Experience supporting payroll operations or leading payroll processes for a local site.Experience working in a multinational or matrixed environment.
