Job Title: Embroidery Manager

Location: Wilton, NH

Pay Range: $25–$30/hour + overtime

 

What’s the Job?

• Lead the setup and launch of embroidery operations
• Operate and maintain three 6-head industrial machines
• Design and implement efficient workflows and quality control standards
• Recruit, train, and manage a team of embroidery professionals
• Oversee production schedules and ensure timely order fulfillment

 

What’s Needed?

• Proven experience with industrial embroidery equipment
• Strong technical skills in machine setup and maintenance
• Leadership experience or potential
• Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and efficiency
• Flexible to work occasional extended hours or Saturdays
