**Job Title: Machine Operator** **Shift & Pay:** 2nd shift: 4:30pm-3am $20.75/hr (Monday-Thursday) 3rd shift: 8:30pm-7am $20.75/hr (Monday-Thursday) **Job Description** This position requires operating a multi-head industrial size print machine, ensuring daily metrics are met as monitored by the Production Manager. **Responsibilities** + Operate multi-head industrial print machines. + Meet daily production metrics under the supervision of the Production Manager. + Maintain excellent hand and wrist dexterity. + Lift products and supplies up to 50 pounds occasionally. + Sustain bending at the waist frequently. + Utilize specific vision abilities including close, distance, color, peripheral vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment. **Essential Skills** + Machine Operating Experience + Manufacturing Experience + Attention to Detail + Trainable **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Ability to thread a needle and visually differentiate between thread colors and styles. + Highly productive, organized, and a strong team player. + Flexible with a positive attitude. + Commitment to the company's vision, goals, and Core Values. **Why Work Here?** Experience a super clean and laid-back environment with a direct placement opportunity.
