As a Senior Product Associate in Embedded Finance & Solutions, you contribute to the team by leveraging your expertise in product development and optimization to make a significant impact, supported by user research and customer feedback to fuel the creation of innovative products and continuously improve existing offerings. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and play a crucial role in shaping the future of our products and ongoing success.

 

Job responsibilities

Taking a product or feature from conception to successful market adoption.Fortify design and client focus to build product experience with the end-to-end client journey in mind.Coordinating with Operations and Technology to deliver strategic solutions.Identify priorities and manage multiple workstreams coordinating activities across departments.Ensure all risk management, legal, control, and compliance activities are done in line with JPMC standards in advance of product launch.Track project progress and report effectively on status, blockers and changes. Accountable for creating, maintaining and communicating schedules, scorecards and plans.Track resourcing of projects and drive resource balancing between different program priorities.Leverage subject matter expertise in driving conversations and/or influencing decisions/direction with Business, Technology and functional partners.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area.Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle.Experience in product life cycle activities including discovery and requirements definition.Technical aptitude to allow for strong partnership on API first approach.Developing knowledge of data analytics and data literacy.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

Demonstrated ability to work in a highly matrixed program delivery structure.Demonstrated ability to meet growth metrics and client/partner development objectives, specifically for emerging businesses versus mature financial services products.Strong knowledge of emerging financial services technologies with a key emphasis on APIs, private labeling, SaaS models, and design thinking practices.Understanding of the global payments industry.
