\n \n \n As an email marketing specialist, you will require good knowledge of email campaigns. You should be able to conduct insightful market research to establish a marketing strategy that will effectively reach the target audience.
\n \n \n
\n \n \n Duties and responsibilities
\n \n \n ● Manage all aspects of Exito’s triggered and transactional email program: including but not limited to Flagship Events & Customized Events.
\n \n \n ● Develop, manage, and create a strong testing strategy for continuous improvement of all triggered campaigns.
\n \n \n ● Develop, manage, and create re\-engagement series for optimum conversion of un\-engaged subscribers.
\n \n \n ● Collaborate with copy and design teams on creative execution of offers.
\n \n \n ● Subject line checking and A\/B testing
\n \n \n ● Responsible for analyzing email metrics to improve conversion and plan future strategies.
\n \n \n ● Manage and execute the testing process through our email service provider.
\n \n \n ● Responsible for being current on all direct marketing and email marketing best practices, CAN\-SPAM, and GDPR compliance and applying that to direct marketing efforts.
\n \n \n ● Develop, manage, automate, and create drip campaigns for emailers.
\n \n \n ● Responsible for managing lists, audience segmentation, and accounts in CRM.

Requirements\n \n 1. Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
\n \n \n 2. 1\-2 years of Email Marketing experience preferred.
\n \n \n 3. Demonstrated analytical analysis of results and strategic planning.
\n \n \n 4. Experience working with an email service provider platform required.
\n \n \n 5. Must be detail\-oriented.
\n \n \n 6. Positive attitude, self\-motivated, creative individual.
\n \n \n 7. Expert written and verbal communication skills.
\n \n \n 8. Excellent time\-management skills and the ability to shift gears in a fast\-pacedenvironment are a must.
