Electroplating Supervisor
**Job Title: Electroplating Supervisor** **Job Description** We are seeking a proactive leader to oversee our 2nd-shift Finishing team. If you thrive in a fast-paced, technical environment and have a passion for coaching individuals to achieve precise, high-quality results, this position is perfect for you. **Shift: 2nd shift: 3:30pm - 12:00am, Monday - Friday** **Benefits: 401k, vision, health, dental** **Responsibilities** + Lead and develop Finishing Department Leads through coaching sessions and performance reviews. + Translate daily production schedules into clear priorities and staffing assignments. + Monitor plating chemistry, equipment condition, and in-process inspections to meet quality metrics. + Collaborate with Engineering on process enhancements, equipment repairs, and preventive maintenance. + Maintain accurate electronic records, including training logs, payroll, and performance notes, and report key metrics. **Essential Skills** + Experience in chemical finishing, plating, and troubleshooting. + 5+ years in plating or chemical finishing with a minimum of 2 years in a supervisory role. + Technical troubleshooting expertise with plating chemistries and equipment. + Data-driven decision-maker with lean/process-improvement experience. + Ability to inspire, coach, and communicate effectively to build and lead high-performing teams. + Safety-focused mindset with a commitment to zero incidents. **Why Work Here?** Join a company that values its employees by offering competitive pay with performance-based bonus opportunities.
