**Electronics & Wire Harness Assembler**
Loveland, CO | **$21.00 – $25.15/hour (DOE)**
**Position Summary**
We are seeking an **Electronics & Wire Harness Assembler** to join our custom cable team. In this role, you will produce high-quality semi-rigid cables and harnesses used in electromechanical assemblies across industries such as medical, renewable energy, aerospace, and robotics. These components are critical for ensuring safe and efficient information transfer to machine parts.
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Assemble, test, and troubleshoot cables (including phase matching) based on customer specifications, Bills of Materials (BOM), and schematics.
+ Measure, bend, and cut cables to specified lengths, assemble cable fittings, and solder cable ends.
+ Conduct quality assurance checks, apply labels and identification, and prepare products for shipment.
+ Document processes accurately, including Work Instructions (WI), Certificates of Compliance (COC), and related records.
+ Learn and apply industry standards such as IPC 620, ISO 9001, and ROHS.
+ Perform routine maintenance and calibration of tools and equipment.
**Qualifications**
+ Proficient with measuring tools (calipers, rulers, calculators).
+ Skilled in using hand tools and small assembly tools.
+ Ability to follow written and verbal instructions with precision.
+ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
+ Comfortable working under deadlines and maintaining quality standards.
+ Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
+ Competent in basic math, including metric and standard measurements.
**Education & Experience**
+ Associate’s degree in Electronics Technology preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
+ Strong understanding of both general and technical aspects of electronics assembly.
**Additional Requirements**
+ Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
+ Due to ITAR requirements, candidates must qualify as a “U.S. person” (U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, or otherwise authorized as defined under 22 CFR 120.15).
