What's in it for you? + **Payrate starting at $16.00 per hour** + **Shift 7:30AM - 4:30PM** + Full time hours + Clean and safe work environment + **Opportunity for growth** What will you be doing? **Troubleshooting and Diagnostic** Ability to diagnose and resolve issues at the component and PCB level using tools like digital multimeters, oscilloscopes, and diagnostic test equipment. **Functional and In-Circuit Testing** Experience with board-level and system-level testing, including flying probe and AOI (Automated Optical Inspection), and interpreting technical documentation and test procedures. **Apply Electronic Circuitry and IPC Standards** Strong understanding of circuit interrelationships and compliance with IPC 610 standards for Class II and Class III military work. **Documentation and Reporting** Ability to follow and update technical documentation, track test performance, and report status accurately within defined responsibilities. **Self-Motivation and Independent Work Ethic** Capable of performing complex tasks with minimal supervision, demonstrating creativity, judgment, and initiative in problem-solving.
