Electronics Technician
Job Title: Electronics TechnicianJob Description

The Electronics Technician will play a pivotal role in prototyping engineering designs and collaborating closely with engineers in an engineering environment. Daily responsibilities include testing various conditions such as weather and pressure, as well as conducting technical simulations. This position requires seamless collaboration with engineering teams while working through prototyping units.

ResponsibilitiesPerform the set-up, calibration, testing, and troubleshooting of circuits, components, instruments, and mechanical assemblies.Develop test specifications, methods, and procedures from blueprints, drawings, and diagrams.Test and troubleshoot assemblies and/or final systems.Complete rework on assemblies and/or systems as needed following testing.Assist in the selection and set-up of specialized test equipment.Essential SkillsTechnician experience in a digital environment.Ability to work closely with engineers.Strong communication skills.Additional Skills & QualificationsHigh School or Equivalent required; Technical/Trade School preferred.2-3 years of experience in a related field.Ability to handle multiple opportunities and meet strict deadlines.Work Environment

The role is 100% onsite in Newtown, PA within an Engineering Lab. The lab features electro-static flooring with pressure testing equipment designed to simulate space conditions. Lab attire is required. The position offers one shift from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Newtown, PA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $30.00/hr.
