In this role, you will utilize a variety of test procedures, engineering drawings, and electrical schematics to test, troubleshoot, and repair integrated unit-level assemblies and circuit board assemblies down to the component level. You will also support assembly processes for both unit subassembly and the final integration of unit-level assemblies. This is an on-site position located at our Headquarters in Oak Creek, WI, and operates on a 1st shift schedule from 7am to 3:30pm.
ResponsibilitiesPerform in-circuit and functional tests and component-level troubleshooting on complex circuit card assemblies.Utilize mechanical skills to disassemble and reassemble products per drawings or other documents using common tools.Assemble, test, and troubleshoot subassembly-level components.Integrate, test, calibrate, and troubleshoot complex end-item assemblies.Essential SkillsAbility to troubleshoot electronics effectively.Understanding of digital and analog circuitry with the capability to troubleshoot complex assemblies to the component level.Proficiency in understanding written work instructions, electronic and mechanical drawings, and schematics.Independently diagnose complex circuitry.Additional Skills & QualificationsAssociate degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or another related program from an accredited institution. Equivalent military training will be accepted in lieu of a degree.Experience as a test technician in electronics or engineering.Work EnvironmentThe work environment is on-site at our Headquarters in Oak Creek, WI, with a standard 1st shift schedule from 7am to 3:30pm. Employees will work with various technologies and equipment, including tools for assembly and testing of electronics.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $25.00 - $32.00/hr.
