Our client, a leader in electronic manufacturing and product development, is seeking an Electronics Technician to join their team. As an Electronics Technician, you will be part of the manufacturing support team, contributing to quality control, testing, and assembly processes. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, effective communication skills, and a proactive approach to troubleshooting, which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Electronics Technician
**Location: Aurora, OH**
**Pay Range: $21.50**
**Shift:** 1st Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
**What's the Job?**
+ Test production assemblies and sub-assemblies for correct operation and compliance with performance specifications.
+ Set up, modify, calibrate, and operate equipment for routine tests and manufacturing operations based on detailed instructions.
+ Perform basic troubleshooting and experiments to identify root causes of issues and resolve problems effectively.
+ Maintain accurate documentation of work performed and test results.
+ Participate in quality control inspections and support continuous improvement initiatives.
**What's Needed?**
+ High School diploma with 2 years of relevant experience.
+ Ability to troubleshoot at subsystem and system levels using problem-solving techniques.
+ Understanding of basic electronic components and circuits.
+ Proficiency in interpreting technical documentation and data analysis.
+ Strong attention to detail and quality-oriented work habits.
