We are seeking a skilled Electronics Technician to join our team. You will be responsible for the repair of electronic equipment, performing basic testing, board repair, and the assembly of electrical devices. You will work from detailed instructions and conform to strict quality assurance guidelines, using both hand and power tools. Additionally, you will be tasked with testing electrical devices and performing various administrative and reporting tasks as assigned.
ResponsibilitiesRepair electronic equipment and perform basic testing and board repair.Assemble electrical devices with precision and accuracy.Utilize hand and power tools effectively.Conduct testing of electrical devices to ensure functionality.Complete administrative and reporting tasks as assigned.Perform manual rework as necessary.Adhere to strict quality assurance guidelines.
Essential SkillsAssociate Degree in Electronics, preferred.3-5 years of technician experience in an electronics manufacturing environment.Certification in soldering, preferred.Knowledge of Windows XP and Windows 7.Understanding of digital and analog electronic circuitry.Familiarity with IPC workmanship and soldering standards.Proficiency with Multimeters, Oscilloscope, Crimping, and Power Supplies.Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.Ability to read and comprehend technical documentation.Excellent organizational skills, problem-solving techniques, and accuracy.
Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience in electronics, schematic, mechanical assembly, and wiring.Ability to interpret blueprints and perform electronics testing.Experience with circuit board repair and maintenance.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00/hr.
