What You’ll DoInstall, maintain, and troubleshoot electrical systems, motors, control panels, and industrial wiringWork with high-voltage equipment, PLCs, and automated systemsRead and interpret electrical blueprints, schematics, and diagramsPerform preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical componentsEnsure compliance with NEC standards and facility safety protocolsCollaborate with mechanical teams to support overall plant operationsWhat You BringExperience in industrial electrical systems, preferably in steel, aluminum, or heavy manufacturingStrong knowledge of NEC codes, troubleshooting techniques, and safety proceduresAbility to work swing shifts and overtime as neededPositive attitude and commitment to safety and teamwork Compensation-Direct Hire – No contract work!Pay starts out up to $39 per hour with the chance to test up every 6 months.Shift Pay: 9.58% swing shift differential – highest in the area!Career Growth: Test every 6 months to move up tech levels and earn raisesBonuses: Quarterly bonus up to 10% (avg. 4–6%) based on company performanceExtra Pay:6th consecutive workday = 1.75x pay7th consecutive workday = 2x payVacation TimeStart with 80 hours (2 weeks)3 years: 152 hours (4 weeks)5 years: 175 hours (4.5 weeks)LocationBased near Goose Creek, SCIdeal for candidates in Charleston, North Charleston, Summerville, and surrounding areas

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $65000.00 - $78000.00/yr.

-\t9.58% shift differential once they move onto swing shift (Approximately an extra 3/hr)
- They can test every 6 months to test into higher tech level and get pay increase
-\t Only non-union smelter facility in the U.S
-\t401K matches 6%. Benefits start on Day 1 (Full medical, dental and vision coverage – very competitive benefits and multiple options. You can get full copy during interview)
-\t$300 tool stipend each year
-\tAll uniforms and PPE are provide by company, including prescription safety glasses
-\tFree clinic onsite for check ups or any issues that happen during the day
-\tQuarterly bonus up to 10% of what they have made in total that quarter. This is based on company profitability. They currently are averaging 4-6% per quarter
o\tQuarter bonus is tied to attendance.
-\tHUGE on promoting from within. They have a ton of supervisors/managers who have been there for 30-40 years and nearing retirement. This is agreat opportunity for people coming in to train and develop themselves for those roles
-\tIf you work 6 days in a row, on your 6th day you are paid x1.75. If you work 7 days in a row, your 7th day is double pay
-\tPerfect attendance raffle every month to win a $250 gift cart
-\tFood trucks onsite every day
-\tVacation: Start out immediately at 80 hours. 3 years, 152 hours, 5 years - 175 hours, 10 years - 192 hours, 15 years - 208 hour
