**Electronics Technician**
Responsibilities
+ Perform hands-on maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting of PLC systems and electronic systems.
+ Diagnose and repair electrical systems.
+ Manage breakdowns via a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS).
+ Program and troubleshoot PLCs, specifically Allen Bradley.
+ Work with controls, PLCs, robotics, hydraulics, pneumatics, and mechanical systems.
+ Assist with equipment installations and upgrades in the plant.
+ Complete preventive maintenance on electronic equipment.
+ Troubleshoot and repair systems including press controls, PLCs, robots, electronics systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, and mechanical systems.
+ Work with press controls and robotics systems.
Essential Skills
+ 4+ years of industrial electronics, PLCs, maintenance electrician, or controls and robotics experience.
+ Experience with ladder logic.
+ Strong skills in PLC troubleshooting, particularly Allen Bradley.
+ Experience with control systems, specifically servo control systems.
+ Ability to dial into a PLC, set up a laptop, and monitor/troubleshoot.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Automotive supplier experience is a plus.
+ Robotics experience is a plus.
+ Certification in maintenance, electrical, or an associate's degree in electronics is preferred.
+ PLC or robotics programming experience is a plus.

Work Environment
The position operates on a 1st shift from 5 am to 3 pm, Monday through Thursday, with potential for up to 12-hour days and occasional overtime on Friday and Saturday. This is a direct hire role within a union facility but is a salaried, non-union position. Employees benefit from a robust vacation policy that accounts for years of experience, a $400 annual tool allowance, and a tool reimbursement program. The company offers competitive compensation with time and a half for any hours worked over 40 in a week.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $70000.00 - $85000.00/yr.
• Salaried position however they will receive time and a half for anything over 40 hours
• Vacation time is really good - take into account yrs experience in the field. for example if they have 8 yrs of maint experience they will get hired in with 13 days of vacation (extra 2 weeks if they hold a journeyman card)
