Job Title: Electronics Technician / Wire Harness Technician

Location: Hanahan, South Carolina

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (Occasional overtime)

Pay: $25-$32/hr based on experience & interview

Overview:

Join a focused and innovative team at the forefront of product development. We are seeking a skilled Electronics Technician with hands-on experience in wire harness assembly and electronic testing. This role offers the unique opportunity to contribute directly to building and refining a brand-new product in a clean, climate-controlled workspace.

Key Responsibilities:

Assemble wire harnesses according to schematics and technical specificationsPerform wire processing, cutting, soldering, and crimping/strippingUse multi-meter tools to test and verify componentsCollaborate with development teams to enhance SOPs and identify process improvementsDocument assembly procedures and maintain accurate inventory recordsBuild electrical panels and subassemblies using blueprints and diagramsAssist in basic testing setups and record data for design validation

Required Qualifications:

U.S. Citizenship (required for this role)Proven experience in wire harness assemblyProficiency in reading and interpreting schematicsSkilled in soldering and multi-meter usageFamiliarity with crimping, wire stripping, and panel buildingAbility to follow technical instructions and maintain safety standards

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous experience in avionics or military electronicsUnderstanding of NEC and ESD standardsExposure to radio frequency systems and diagnostics

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $32.00/hr.
