This role plays a vital part in ensuring production meets quality standards through efficient and reliable equipment performance.  ResponsibilitiesPerform equipment calibration, minor repairs, and troubleshootingModify parameters and program automated equipmentSupport engineers in experiments and assist in device rework or soldering tasksMaintain equipment and ensure optimal operating conditionReport technical issues to engineering and production leadershipMinor equipment repairsEquipment program troubleshooting.Program new automated equipment and parameter modifications. Qualifications and RequirementsVocational Course Graduate or associate degreeMinimum 1 year of experience in assembly processes and equipmentPreferred: 3 years of equipment technician experience in a manufacturing environmentExperience with soldering, microscopes, electro-mechanical tools, and measurement devicesBasic computer knowledge (Excel, Access), good verbal communication skills, and manual dexterityDetail-oriented, adaptable, and a reliable team player Benefits and PerksPay Rate: $18.00–$24.66/hourMedical, dental, and vision benefitsHoliday Pay and 401(k)On-the-job training and opportunities for career growth Your New OrganizationJoin a dynamic manufacturing environment dedicated to innovation, safety, and high-quality production standards.
