Set up and operate measuring instruments to check product qualityApprove or reject parts based on inspection results, and document any issues foundPerform visual checks on electrical connections to ensure they are mechanically sound and electrically functionalInspect precision parts, sub-assemblies, final assemblies, first-piece, in-process, and incoming parts using various inspection tools and gauges.Set up and operate gauging and measuring instruments to verify part compliance.Identify reasons for rejects and document findings clearly.Document quality standards.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certifications in inspection or quality control is a plus.Proficiency in using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other precision measurement tools.Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.Familiarity with wire bond, die bond, and hybrid inspection processes is a plus.Comfortable working a contract position.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $29.00/hr.
