Qualifications and experience Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Electrical, Biomedical, or a related engineering field (Master’s preferred)Strong foundation in electronics engineering, including circuit design, PCB layout, testing, and prototype procurementProven experience leading engineers in developing high-quality products, preferably in the medical industryCuriosity and interest in applying AI to enhance hardware development processesExcellent communication, collaboration, and influencing skillsAbility to inspire, set clear expectations, coach, and foster a positive and inclusive cultureSolution-oriented and curious mindset with passion for continuous learningProficiency in English, both spoken and written, and EU work permit

Desirable skillsExperience in basic physiological measurements, including pulse oximetry (SpO₂), heart rate (HR), and electrocardiogram (ECG)Experience working under a Quality Management System (QMS), preferably in medical or automotive industriesProject leadership experience with a proven track record of successful product releasesKnowledge of product lifecycle management, post-launch monitoring, and design changesExperience working with cross-cultural teams
