Lear Corporation Engineering Center in Pruszków is responsible for the design, modification, and validation of thermal comfort systems for car seats – from the initial concept phase all the way through to serial production. To our engineering team, we are looking to hire a Candidate for a position of Electronics Engineer.

 

 

Main Purpose of Role:

Being an active member of the Electronics and Mechanics team Development, prototype production and commissioning of mechatronic systems Develop and build test setup Laboratory work for electronics and mechanics systems Support of electronics and mechanics validations

 

Main Duties:

Production scrap analysis support Validation Laboratory tasks (Harnesses design and build, Prototype design and build, Prepare Electronics Standards for new product test) Customer claim root cause analysis Hardware: Electric analysis, Exchange of parts, Check interfaces, harness, Pre-test Hardware releases with scope of manufacturing Software: Software updates, Modify parameters (per specification), Pre-test Software releases with scope of manufacturing Support and maintain CAN / LIN product testers Mechanics: Mechanic analysis, Exchange of parts All: Analysis of "Failed parts" Setup data bases: Failed parts, Prototype Tracking Generate overviews and documentation HIL test setup: develop, build, maintain Customer and internal technical documentation and presentations. Work with the project team to follow the New Product Introduction process. Work on the PCB and System EOL test specifications

 

Expectations:

Technical university degree (Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or similar) English and Polish at a minimum B2 level True passion for electronics Hands‑on or hobbyist experience working with electronics Ability to read electronic diagrams and understand block‑level connections Practical soldering skills Knowledge of CAN/LIN communication protocols is an advantage Ability to work with technical documentation and diagrams
