We’re working with a growing medical device company who is seeking a Senior Electronics Technician to support production and perform advanced diagnostic and troubleshooting work on complex electromechanical systems.


This role focuses on investigating non-conforming units, identifying root cause failure modes, and supporting both production and R&D efforts. The ideal candidate is a hands-on, self-directed technician who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can troubleshoot electronics with minimal engineering guidance.

Job Title: Electronics Diagnostic Technician
Location:  Eden Prairie, MN
Salary:  60-80k

Key Responsibilities:

Diagnose and troubleshoot electronic failures in production and returned systems Perform root cause failure analysis on electromechanical assemblies Support capital equipment builds, production testing, and release activities Assist manufacturing engineering with process improvements and fixture development Support evaluation of design, process, and software changesRequired Experience: 5+ years of electronics technician experience ideally within a high volume setting Medical device industry experience (nice to have) Strong electrical troubleshooting and soldering skills Experience using test equipment (multimeter, oscilloscope) Ability to work independently in a startup or small-team environment
