**xxJob Title: Electronics Assembler** **Job Description** As an Electronics Assembler, you will play a vital role in assembling components from the individual level to a high-quality finished product. This position involves conducting final testing on a range of aircraft instruments and avionics to ensure the delivery of innovative, reliable, and quality products to our global aerospace customers. **Responsibilities** + Perform assembly of highly technical electronic components, parts, equipment, and systems, including desoldering, troubleshooting, and component replacement. + Conduct final testing on various electronic instruments. + Complete documentation such as shop and manufacturing order records and submit required reports. + Read and interpret assembly drawings and schematics, procedures, and technical manuals. + Constantly handle, feel, and manipulate small objects. + Occasionally lift and carry independently up to 50 lbs. **Essential Skills** + High school diploma or GED. + Minimum two-year electronics degree or equivalent education, training, and work experience. + Minimum one year of experience in assembly with several types of avionic equipment such as pressure gauges, batteries, and inverters. + Proficiency in utilizing hand tools and electronic testing equipment. + Understanding of advanced analog and digital electronics. + Strong attention to detail. + Organized, focused, and results-oriented. + Problem-solving skills with critical thinking and prioritizing abilities. + Good verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Proficiency with PCB soldering (training provided if needed). + Experience with Rockwell and Honeywell is advantageous. **Why Work Here?** We offer competitive pay and a comprehensive benefits package in an environment that promotes career growth while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
