**Electronic Assembler**
**Pay: $19/hr**
**Job Description**
In this role, you will engage in electronic assembly, including hand soldering (SMT), desoldering with hot air, and following written instructions to prepare parts. Occasionally, you will perform inspections, sometimes with a microscope, and conduct soldering on PCBs and components for the PCBs.
**Responsibilities**
+ Perform electronic assembly with precision, including SMT hand soldering and desoldering using hot air.
+ Follow written instructions to prepare parts accurately.
+ Inspect assembled components, occasionally using a microscope.
+ Conduct soldering tasks on PCBs and components.
**Essential Skills**
+ 6 months of recent SMT operation experience or 1 year of recent assembly experience in an electronics environment.
+ Familiarity with Fuji, Panasonic, or Universal equipment is preferred.
+ Ability to set up feeders, pull up programs, and run a screen print.
+ Basic reading, writing, and math skills.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Experience with Multi-Tech equipment is a plus.

**Work Environment**
Work in a large, clean, and organized electronics company. The first shift operates Monday through Thursday from 6AM to 2:30PM. Enjoy a professional atmosphere with opportunities for growth and development.
**Job Type & Location**
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Saint Paul, Minnesota.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $19.00/hr.
