Our client, a leader in the electronics manufacturing industry, is seeking an Electronics Assembler to join their team. As an Electronics Assembler, you will be part of the production department supporting the assembly of intricate electronic components. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent hand-eye coordination, and the ability to work collaboratively, which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Electronics Assembler
**Location:** Boonton, NJ
**Pay Range:** $17.50
**What's the Job?**
+ Assemble and wire moderately complex equipment following blueprints and model prints.
+ Perform intricate fitting, adjusting, and aligning of parts to meet close tolerances.
+ Utilize hand soldering skills to meet commercial specifications.
+ Set up and operate production type machines as required.
+ Maintain quality standards in an ISO environment while using work order packages and bar code reporting systems.
**What's Needed?**
+ A minimum of 1 year of electronic assembly experience.
+ Ability to identify components and color codes accurately.
+ Excellent soldering skills and familiarity with hand and power tools.
+ Effective communication skills to understand and follow directions in English.
+ Flexibility to perform various operations both within and outside of the home department.
